The Society of Virginia was organized in 1923 and is one of the oldest State Societies in the
 Washington, D.C. area. The Society of Virginia is a social organization and is politically
 nonpartisan. The Society of Virginia is a member of the National Conference of State Societies
 www.StateSocieties.org or http://ncss.typepad.com.
